Forgot PlayNC Password

Question

I forgot my PlayNC master account password.

Answer

Go to the PlayNC Master Account Sign-In page and try to reset it using the instructions below.

1. Click the Forgot your password? link.
2. Enter your PlayNC master account name and then click the SUBMIT button.
   • If you have changed your PlayNC master account password in the past, enter the answers to your Hint Question and Answers and the correct characters seen in the image, and click the SUBMIT button. You must provide the answer exactly as you entered it when you last updated your hint question, and it is case-sensitive.
   • If this is your first time using the Forgot your password? feature, or have never previously changed your PlayNC master account password, enter the e-mail address associated with the account and click the SUBMIT button.
3. If the e-mail address on your account is verified:
4. 1. You will receive an e-mail containing an automatically-generated temporary password for your PlayNC master account.
   2. Copy the password from that e-mail.
   3. Return to the PlayNC Master Account Sign-In page.
   4. Enter your PlayNC master account name and the password you copied from the e-mail, followed by the SUBMIT button.
   5. When prompted, enter a new password of your own choice for your PlayNC master account.
   6. You will be required to choose and/or update your password and hint questions and answers in the Password Hint Questions and Answers section. Make sure your password hint answers are something only you will know, but can also easily remember. Be aware that the password hint answer field is case-senitive.
   7. Click the SUBMIT button.

   NOTE: Please keep in mind that your PlayNC master account password is independent from your game account password(s); resetting your master account password does not also reset your game account passwords.    If the e-mail address on your account is not verified, follow the on-screen prompts to regain access to your account.
