Forgot Game Account Password

Question

I forgot my game account password.

Answer

Go to the PlayNC Account Management page and try to reset it using the instructions below.

1. Click the Game Accounts link.
2. Click the game account you wish to change the password for on the Game Accounts page. 
3. Click the CHANGE PASSWORD link in the Actions section.
4. Enter your new password choice twice, and click the SUBMIT button.

You should receive a verification e-mail titled "Password Reset Success" that confirms your password reset.
