How do I create my PlayNC master account?

Answer

To create a PlayNC master account, go to the Create PlayNC Account page and follow these instructions:

1. Choose Your Language Preference using the drop-down menu and click the CONTINUE button to complete Step 1.
2. Enter your PlayNC Account Information to complete Step 2.
   • Enter your account name choice in the Account Name field.
     • Your account name must be 5-12 alpha-numeric characters, beginning with a letter.
   • Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail Address field.
     • Make sure you enter a valid and accessible e-mail address. This information is used to retrieve your password if you forget your password. An e-mail verification code will be sent to this e-mail address.
   • Enter your password choice in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
     • Your password must be 8-13 alpha-numeric characters, beginning with a letter.
     • Your password is case sensitive.
   • Click the CONTINUE button
3. Enter your Personal Information to complete Step 3.
   • Enter your first and last name in the First Name field and Last Name field provided.
   • Select your date of birth from the drop-down menus in the Date of Birth section.
     • Make sure you enter your correct date of birth. This information is used for verification purposes if you ever need assistance with your account.
   • Select your country from the drop-down menu in the Country section.
   • Enter the numbers/letters shown in the Security Code box in the Enter Security Code field.
   • Click the CREATE MY ACCOUNT button.

You will be taken to a page stating that your PlayNC master account has been created. From there, you can either choose to manage your account by clicking the MANAGE MY ACCOUNT button, or add a game to your account using the ADD A GAME TO MY ACCOUNT button.

In order to add a game, you will be required to verify your e-mail address. Your e-mail verification code was sent to the e-mail address you entered in the PlayNC Account Information page. Retrieve your e-mail verification code from the e-mail address you entered on the PlayNC Account Information page. It may take a few minutes for the code to arrive. If you do not receive the e-mail verification code, you can click the RESEND CODE button to have it sent again.

Once you have completed this process you can add a game.
